~~I WONDER IF RED LOOKS NICE WITH GRAY!~~ IT'S HORRID! Anyway, I'm here cause I suddenly felt like blogging here since our blog needs to be updated even though cheryl just updated abt the chalet a few minutes ago.

Hoho, our archives are screwed, our blogskin is old and getting really dull for me, we need a new one! Yeah. & add more colours to it. I suggest we blog in our favourite colour. (LIKE ME! :D)

Can't wait for chalet! YAYYYY! MAHJONG, whoever has it, pls. BRING IT OKAY!!! & we shld have class lunch! COOL MAN. Like make a few benches "ours" and meet once a week for lunch that kind of thing so we can be updated with each other you see! :D

im so sian today so i decided to come and update. haha. and guess what i realised? kaini's post is the 26th post!

and 26 is such a nice number! 26 206 2006! so you should know who i am by now. haha

im sure by now all of us are already quite close to our new classmates, but we should still stay close to sixers! so we should organise class outing lor. but our "favourite" event is just round the corner and everyone will be studying. so we june then have class gathering can?!

oh but we should have class lunch! oh and we should faster find a day to have class gathering, if not hor, by the time june holidays come, sure cannot find a suitable date because no one keep a specific day free. haha

oh and i know some sixers very stressed about a lot of things. and i only gang gang found out that not-performing-arts de ren can be stressed by syf leh! haha. i think people like kaini and cherntze who are NOT in preforming arts group are MORE stressed than me although i am in performing arts lor. haha.

and the reson as to why i am not stressed over it is because i am just an insignificant reserve. yes.

ok but dont be too stressed. if you need someone to talk to can talk to me! better than later you keep everything to yourself then bao zha. just think of our wonderful friendship and SMILE! :D haha

heyyy my dearests (: miss the class loads man. yes. i happen on chance on the above, and thought it's kind of meaningful. hence, decided to share it with the rest of you.

the truth is, i never really thought i'm a loser. but since i read the above, i thought about things; and realised that there're still so much for me to learn, that there're still so much changes i can make to become a better person. sometimes, we as humans, tend to escape reality, to push our resbonsibilties to others - sometimes unknowingly. and upon being told about it, some people'll tend to say, "sorry LOR, but i'm always like that de. you ought to know mah." apologies, but the truth is, it all lies in our hands - cause we're not born this way; instead, it's our choice, and we should always choose to be a winner .. yes.

especially, now with assignments piling, sias coming, competitions nearing, and some people being bounded with leadership things .. it's not suprising that we tend to feel tired and sometimes in bad moods or anth; but regardless of whatever, we ought to rmb that we're not the only ones who're stressed out or tired .. others may be too. hence, the next time anyone gets pissed with someone else, think again, and again.

again, it's a sure thing that we do miss our classmates last year, but too, we should try to bond our current class - our class not only for this year, but the next too. in any case, think on the good side (:

well, i dont know why i am blogging about this. but i just felt like sharing. yes. so i can only say, " jiayou, my dear sixers! you are loved! " cheers!

HEYHO GUYS!

It's been ages since anyone updated our dear blog so I'm here to keep it alive! Since my purpose is just keeping it alive I shall talk about some random stuffs! Let's see, I will talk about my teachers and you guys can tell me if you got the same teachers too! xD

Language Arts the first thing! Hahahas, I got Ms Brigit Sebastian! She's really skinny okay, and seems fun. But she has to increase her volume man, or else we can all fall asleep. Hahahas. &&& to all those who got her as a LA teacher, she has STM! & she admitted it herself! There was this time she was telling us about what she's going to teach for LA for the whole year and she forgot point no. 4! Some element stuff if I'm not wrong, but she was walking around the class and saying 'what is it, let me think for a while' ... She even claimed this happens OFTEN! But I rate her a 4 star because she's NICE! :D

Chinese is next. And my oh my, I got this teacher called zhuo lao shi, she's SKINNY too! She's quite okay but because of the fact that we had to write essay in class yesterday and pass it up by 3pm, I don't really like it. Why not 4pm! or 5... Okay, that's kind of lame since I passed it up on time, but imagine the futureee! However, she doesn't seem nastyyy but the problem is, I need a strict teacher and she doesnt look like one! I hope my chinese grades can be pulled up this year! I rate her a 4! :D

Maths is next. Okay, I got Ms Yeo Pih Tai and she seems quite nice. Just that she talked a lot on the first lesson and she boasted a little about herself. (><) She's okay but my inner heart says the other way and I don't know whyyyy! It has to be because I'm a maths rep. :( I hope she teaches well! I rate her 3.5! :D

Chemistryyyyy! Mrs Susan Chew is nice. Second interaction with her and I'm getting used to her talking so fast. She can just talk & talk & talk in this super fast speed that I think she can finish 2 lessons in 1 lesson's time. Hahahas. But she's nice still! :D I rate her 4.2! :D

BIOLOGYYY! Ms Christine Lee is NICE + NICE + NICE! I think I madly in love with bio alreadyyyy! Although she's quite soft, she tells us about interesting stuffs of her childhood and after hearing them, we all know she's made to be a bio teacher! :D & she seems FUN and responsible! So, I LOVE HER! :D I rate her 4.5! :D

Physics! Okay, I have never love it & this year, I doubt I will. D: Haven't seen my physics teacher yet but given the fact that homework was given on the first physics lesson, you can see why I'm detesting PHYSICS! It's this worksheet on conversions, vernier caliper and micropipette. FORGOT EVERYTHING ON IT ALREADYYYYY! No ratings cause teacher not seen. xD

HUMANS! OMG OMG! Another one of my favourite teacher! :D She's Ms Ong Lee Hua and she's in charge of guides. She's like born to be a history teacher after I heard about her past! I find her super nice and super interesting! :D I hope I can score in humans with her as the teacher! :D But she talks really cheemy in humans eh! Hahahas. I rate her 4.5! :D

HELLO THERE! :D Here's the post I promised! There are loads of details waiting for you to read! :D

Firstly, the location. It's at Larissa's house function room. The address is 361 Bukit Timah Road, The Legend & to reach there, you can take 48, 57, 66, 67, 170, 171, 700, 700A, 960. If you are coming from Nanyang's side, it's actually the bus stop after the one at SCGS & you just have to cross the overhead bridge. I think everyone should meet at the bus stop and walk in together. :D So, meet at 5pm at the bus stop. If after reading all these, you still don't know how to get to Larissa's house, please contact her. :D

Secondly, the food. This is the one that gives me terrible headache.
The food list:

I think there is more than enough food already, so yeahh. FOOD IS SETTLED! :D Unless some problems occur at JP. (><) Thirdly, games! We are having games like, twister, monopoly, blockus, game of life, mastermind, boggle, mahjong, cards etc.. Sports will be like swimming (please bring your swimming costumes), badminton, basketball etc. Those who wish to play sports please bring your own eqiupments.

Fourthly, the PRESENTS! BUDGET IS FIVE BUCKS. Those who haven't bought it yet, DO IT QUICK! & yes, we want it wrapped! :D Please remember to buy something neutral, try to avoid buying accessories as some may not like it. Remember! You don't know who you are giving it to! :D

Fifthly, the schedule! I hope everyone agrees to it, you guys can add more things too! :D

hi people! one of the rarer people posting. anywayz, this is info for larrie, tho others can noe too... apparently i got archery squad meeting on the 27th, and it is 7 to 10pm...which is like crazy, sitting there for 3 hours... so i cant stay all the way for the party. but i tink i can go from 5 to 6, latest 6.30, BUT, i dunno whether i got the transport.

because i am going to submit the order form for satay tomorrow. so if you all want, faster tell me. my mummy say she will sponsor satay. but she wont sponsor otah. ok and just to let you all know... 180 satays is $72. so my mummy sponsor means each sixer pays like $2 less. haha

ok my mummy is going to buy 200 chicken satay and 50 mutton satay. 180 will be ours and 70 is going to be part of family's dinner. haha. my family very good at eating satay de lor. haha. everytime we go malacca will go to this satay place and eat satay for lunch. and it's really ONLY eat satay. haha

Okay people, updates!

The budget for the present is 5 bucks, I hope everyone is okay with it cause I find it reasonable. So if everyone agrees, it's time to go out & buy them! (:

We have a big problem for food. Let's see. We have satays, & cakes(2 is okay? I think 3 a little too much). The rest not very finalised. After buying cakes, we will have around 83 bucks left to spend on Jack's place. So, think about what to buyyy!

I think that's all. We have a lot of ideas for entertainment. (:

the function room at my house there is not a normal function room. abnormal. haha. no la. ok but as in it's actually meant for MEETINGS or so kiki said. so there is no tv. hehe. and because it's meant for meetings, we are not supposed to eat inside. that's what kiki told me also. so i had to ask for permission to eat inside. haha. because they want to place to be kept clean. weird right. haha

ok i THINK it is just an empty room. with nothing in it. yes. haha. but last year my mummy's office had some dont know what thing and there was a table in it. but kiki doesnt know if that was originally there, or someone PUT it there. haha

Hey Qian Wen! Welcome backkkkkk!

Okay! Well, I did what you told us to, but I couldn't find any finger food in the menu of Jack's Place :\ Maybe you could point it out to me? Or perhaps just list all the finger food on this blog in an update, since sixers would rather visit this blog then look up the menu. It'd make it convenient for everyone, and you wouldn't have to be so ~~pissed~~ angry haha.

And since Larrie has clarified the doubts regarding the availibility of an open space, anyone up for a game of badminton? Or any sport games? If so, then we can add them to the list of activities we've thought of and would most probably be doing. We just have to be careful and look out for any oncoming vehicles :) I know I'd be interested to play badminton!

Ohhhhhhhhhh! Any TV in the room we booked? VCD/DVD player, any? If so, everyone could bring their favourite VCD/DVD(s)! We could all snuggle up together and watch a good movie while munching on finger food from Jack's Place - how's that? xD Or how about a session of karaoke? It'd be fun, won't it? :D Just ~~a suggestion~~ two suggestions I've thought of :)

And noooooooooo! No Jay Chou please! Let's settle on a singer we're all okay with, shall we? Then we can all enjoy the party. No offence, but Jay Chou's voice affects my mood and I get cynical just listening to him sing. So no Jay Chou, pretty pretty pleeeeeeeeeeeease? ally has agreed to help us buy plastic/paper plates/bowls, spoons, forks, cups, serviettes. yay! thank you ally. haha

ok and my mummy said that we should like get fishball or chicken nuggets or something like that and she said that "as long as someone buys, can fry at home". as in at my house la. haha. ok so sandy and i will be going out to buy on that day itself then come back to my house. that's what sandy told me last night la.

ok and my mummy will be ordering 150 or 180 satays or something like that la. i cant remember exactly what she said. haha. but i know that she said that it will be mostly chicken. she said that beef will be too tough. and no pork because it's halal.

Woooooohoo! My first post :)

Okay, just so you guys know, I can provide mahjong sets :)

I've got an average-sized set, a small set, and a teenyweeny set! Just let me know which size you guys prefer and I'll bring it! Haha.

I also have a portable CD player at home, but I'm not sure if I'd be allowed to bring it since it's my mum's darling. I'll try though! And can we don't play Christmas songs? How about JJ's? :P

Errrrr. Food-wise, I'm sorry but I can't help, because my mum can't cook and my dad's lazy to cook -.- I don't mind getting forks and spoons if no one intends to buy. I could get serviettes while at it too.

And I'd like to enquire if there'd be any open space for us to engage in sports like badminton, soccer and such. But if y'all thinks it's wierd to be playing under the sun at a party, then you guys are free to scrape the idea. 'Cos it's just a suggestion since we're in need of them :)

Or how about bowling alleys?

ok guess what! our dear monitress didnt even know about the christmas party!!! not that it's her fault... haha. ok so i called her, and she said that she can bring food. so i ask her what food, then she said 'spaghetti, beehoon, chicken wing, whatever.' so i dont actually know what that means. except that good news! someone else is also bringing food. haha

ok then my mummy just called. then she ask how many people are coming. then i said im not sure, probably about 20+ or 30 la. ok then she said that she will order 100+ satays and ketupat. i THINK that's how it's spelt.

ok then she also said that dont use tissue paper. so besides paper/plastic plate/bowl, fork, spoon, we also need serviettes. or however you spell it la. ok so to summarise...

we need:
someone to make jelly (cheryl's idea)
plastic/paper plates/bowls, forks, spoons, serviettes
food (i STILL dont think there is enough to feed like almost 30 people)
mahjong set (qw say one)
portable cd player (qw's idea)
cd with x'mas songs (also part of qw's idea)

ok im back with some other things to talk about... haha

ok i was talking to cheryl and then i realised that she didnt know that qy can bring beehoon. so i come and update. haha. ok qy said that her mother has agreed to bring beehoon. but only enough for like half the class. so someone else please volunteer. or suggest some other food!

ok then cheryl said that her mother can make jelly. wait. let me scroll up and find the part that cheryl said that in our convo... ah ha! ok she said... "my mum say she can make jelly for the party" then she said "she say she can make around 60 to 70 like tt" and then she continued "cos our fridge not bigggggg enuf" and lastly she said "so muz ask around see who else wan make jelly also, cos 60 plus is like one person can only eat at most 2. like so pathetic rite." ok yes. that's what she said. so who can volunteer to make jelly???

ok i need to faster know who cannot come. because my mummy going to order satay this weekend le. and i ask again, who can bring plastic/paper plate/bowl, fork, spoon???

ok qy is going to try and bring beehoon. my eema suggested sandwiches. someone kindly volunteer! haha. ok and the smart me forgot all about drinks. which yushi said that she can bring... oh! and who can buy paper plates/bowls, cups, spoon, fork, whatever. have i left out any? oh! and tissue paper. though i can just get a box of tissue from my house la. haha.

ok the nice me is here to tell you all how to get to my house. haha. because qw cannot remember all the buses... ok 48, 57, 66, 67, 170, 171, 700, 700A, 960. ok if you are coming from ny side, it is the stop after scgs. then you cross the overhead bridge. if you are coming from opposite ny side, that means newton mrt there, it is the stop before the flyover. you can see the flyover, and an overhead bridge before that. so it's that stop.

ok it you are taking from newton mrt, you can either take from the mrt itself, or walk across the field. if you take from the mrt itself, you can take 171, 700 and 700A, and it is the 4th stop, NOT counting the stop that you get onto the bus. if you are walking across the field, you can take any bus, and it's the 3rd stop NOT counting the stop that you get onto the bus la.

ok other things qw told me to announce... haha.

3. who got portable cd player???
4.who got xmas song cd???

ok that's all. qw was thinking of playing xmas music you see... haha. ok and hor... those four points are just what she sms-ed to me so i just tpye like that la. haha. ok.

ok. i dont think we have enough ideas for food though. at the moment we only have 3 cakes and some finger food from jacks place. yupp. that is hardly going to be enough for DINNER. though i think my mummy is ordering satay, but i really dont know what else. haha.

Okay, so I have people suggesting mahjong, poker cards, swimming & boardgames. All these should be sufficient. & I was thinking in case you guys need them, I am going to post the buses that goes to the bus stop near Larissa's house. 960, 171, 170, 66, 67, 700. I don't know if there's more( I think so), but I'll check it out. (:

Hey there! Okay, so here's what's up. Some details about our gathering on 27th Dec. (: Hope all of you can come, last gathering before school reopens you know. (><) Okay, firstly, we booked the function room at Larissa's condo. We can use it from 5pm to 10pm & clearing up will be from 10 pm to 10 30 pm. So the address is 361 Bukit Timah Road, The Legend, & if you still don't know how to get there, just ask Larissa or me. (:

Secondly, we are going to use up the $140 worth of vouchers from Jack's place. So actually, we plan to buy 3 cakes, 1 kg each. & then some finger food. Of course, this is just an idea you guys can go take a look at the menu [http://www.jacksplace.com.sg/restaurant/menulist.html] & suggest what we should order, cause I was thinking it's weird to buy cakes. (: & Larissa's mum is preparing some food for us too, I think. So, make sure you can go! (:

Thirdly, there was an idea about drawing lots & then everyone will be assigned to buy a christmas present(with budget) for someone you are chosen to. I wonder if you guys want it cause I think it's quite fun actually. & we need ideas of what to do cause we have a full 5 hours & we can't possibly just eat and eat. :D Some games will be good.

Since I'm supposed to have a test out post, I shall dedicate this post to explain why a class blog suddenly exist. (:

Firstly, I hope you guys don't mind the url. We(Me & Cheryl) really couldn't think of any. & since we don't wanna damage our brains so we can meet you guys on 27th, we used this. However, since the url can be changed easily, anyone with any good names can just inform the others & then we can change it. The url is a temporary one. (:

Secondly, the id & password used to log in to post is kind of lame too. D: So, yeahh, hope you guys don't mind. & I can't believe how troublesome blogger is. To get a account, I had to make a gmail. I can't write it down here as the email is kind of the id for the blogger beta and we certainly do not want any hackers. The password is the same as the blogger beta's though but I doubt we have a need for the email. To get the id and password, PLEASE CONTACT ME. (:

Thirdly, the blogskin. I hope you guys don't object to it. However, it is also a temporary one, SO. If you found or make a really really nice one, just get some people's approval & then you can change it. (: I believe everyone believes in each other's taste. :D
